“1900-1950” Call Center of “Bilegt Dulguun” LLC is found in 2005 in order to promote fair competition, quality of service, and perfection in the industry of telecommunication in Mongolia.
With a sesearch from the CRS there are over 3 million telecommunication users in Mongolia, and this are the customers of “1900-1950” Call Center. Without the regard of their ethnicity or location we are working to reach every square corner of Mongolia and international counties with our 24/7 call center complex service.
For our service, we use complex computer software that is able to able to obtain reliable information in a short cycle. Out of all the telecommunication companies in Mongolia we were the first ones to introduce ““Automat call distribution- automatic call distribution system” in 2012 to our center. With new technologies we are able to distribute information quickly with the extent of simpler services. We are an call center that fulfills international standards.
Today, we are adopting international and domestic call center standards into our system of professional human resources and the biggest call center database in Mongolia. In 2008 we successfully introduced “Lost and found for documentations” and now there are over 20 thousand informations about lost documentation. Based on this data, we are cooperating with GAIPSR (General Authority for Intellectual Property and State Registration).

In order to improve our call center, we have done many projects and those lead to the improvement of management, and the increase of consumer satisfaction. Valuing our efforts in the field, Capital Consumer’s right protection organization awarded us with best of best consumer satisfaction group in 2005 and 2009, 6 time winner of A group with the most consumer satisfaction from the ICT Expo of telecommunication industry, the reason why we won this awards is because of the fulfillment of all the tasks that were issued to us. Furthermore, “1900-1950” Call Center is a member of Asian Call Center Network.
